Taylor Partners with BRM Italiana for Sales and Support in Italy Torino Manufacturing Consultant and Systems Developer to Provide Analysis, Configuration, Implementation, Training and Support for TESS Advanced Factory Scheduling System
September 1999 - Leading plant scheduling software provider Taylor Manufacturing Systems, Inc., has entered a service partnership agreement with BRM Italiana of Torino, Italy.
BRM Italiana's Qualitech Division will distribute TESS, Taylor's Windows-based, multi-user advanced factory scheduling system in Italy. The company will also provide implementation, training, and customer support services.
According to Robert Macdonald, International Manager for Taylor, BRM Italiana is an experienced manufacturing automation consultant with a strong focus on solutions that coordinate scheduling with real-time shop floor activities.
“With BRM Italiana working for us in Italy our customers there and our marketplace will be much better served than it has been in the past,” Macdonald said. “Our key to success internationally is to partner with local companies like BRM that have an existing presence in the industry with expertise and a solid reputation to carry products like TESS into their marketplace.”

In addition to TESS Scheduler sales and support, BRM Italiana will handle Taylor's TESS Operator Panel and web-enabled TESS Dashboard.
