Taylor Partners with Straight Manufacture in Brazil Sao Paulo Consultant and Systems Developer to Provide Analysis, Configuration, Implementation, Training and Support for TESS
April 1999 - Taylor Manufacturing Systems, Inc, announced a service partnership agreement with Straight Manufacture of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
The consulting company will provide implementation, training, and customer support services for TESS, Taylor's Windows-based, multi-user APS system.
“The service partnership agreement with Straight Manufacture Consultoria Gerencial gives us a working relationship with a company that is interested in leading the way in Brazil,” said Robert Macdonald, international sales manager at Taylor.
“We are confident,” he said, “that Straight Manufacture will provide the highest quality of service for Taylor as well as for Straight customers who choose to implement a TESS solution at their manufacturing facilities.”
Bruno Ferreira, managing partner of Straight Manufacture, believes that APS systems will be the next wave of plant management solutions to find ready acceptance in an expanding Brazilian software marketplace.
According to Ferreira, “TESS is a valuable solution that deserves to be considered in the software selection processes which we will be managing in the future. We have already done some of the first APS implementations in Brazil.”
